Moroccan Red Clay is a rare clay found only in the valley in the Atlas mountains of Morocco. This is a magnesium and potassium rich clay which can be absorbed through your skin barrier to fight acne, cleanse impurities, and improve skin elasticity. Moroccan Clay is full of metallic elements that carry a negative charge. This magnetic energy draws out positivley charged toxins and bonds to them so that when you wash the clay away, the toxins go with it. Moroccan clay is a detoxiier for the skin and hair. Tumeric gets its health benefits primarily because of curcumin (giving it the yellow glow). It’s anti-inflamatory and anioxidant properties. Tumeric can also help heal wounds (acne, acne scars).
 
 
Directions: sprinkle the powder into your hand or in a small bowl, add water/facial tea/honey/milk to the powder until you get your desired consistency. Generally a 2:1 ratio or powder to liquid.
 
Recommended: for night-time, using at max twice a week.
 
Warning: Due to the natural properties of tumeric, it can tint the skin yellow (would take a few rinses to get off). Therefore, do not leave the mask on for more than 5 minutes. Also applying a light layer of cocnut oil can remove stains.
